Logistics, warehousing and trade-service partners
We are looking for partners in international freight, China-side and African warehousing, customs clearance, inspection, consolidation, local transportation, last-mile delivery, export documentation and trade compliance. These partners become part of the infrastructure for an end-to-end trade experience.
Technology and platform partners
Potential areas include marketplace technology, mobile applications, payment integration, logistics APIs, shipment tracking, supplier verification, identity/KYC, warehouse and order management, data and analytics, and AI-assisted sourcing and translation. The objective is a reliable technology platform supporting the real-world trade operation.
Strategic investors and funding partners
At the current prototype/pre-launch stage, investment would help move from a prototype and partnership network into a properly structured and operational business.
Funding would enable:
- Technology: production-ready web platform, mobile application, backend, payments, logistics integrations, supplier/buyer systems, security and verification.
- Legal and trade documentation: registration, agreements, contracts, import/export systems, compliance, intellectual property and brand protection.
- Physical operations: initial office, customer service, trade-support infrastructure, field agents, equipment and China-side operational partnerships where appropriate.
- Market development: initial suppliers and buyers, pilot transactions, marketing, customer acquisition, research and validation.
- Team and operations: technical development, trade/logistics expertise, business development, customer support and operations.
What we want from strategic investors: We are not only looking for capital. We value business expertise, international networks, manufacturing connections, logistics relationships, African market access, technology expertise, strategic introductions and long-term mentorship. The ideal investor becomes a strategic partner rather than simply providing funding.
Types of partnerships we are seeking
- Manufacturer partner: products, pricing, supply and fulfillment in exchange for access to African buyers.
- African supplier partner: African products and supply in exchange for access to international buyers.
- Logistics partner: freight, shipping and delivery in exchange for new trade volume and customers.
- Warehouse partner: storage, receiving and consolidation in exchange for additional business volume.
- Trade-service partner: customs, documentation and compliance in exchange for long-term opportunities.
- Technology partner: platform, API or software expertise in exchange for a long-term technology relationship.
- Distribution partner: local market and distribution network in exchange for new products and commercial opportunities.

- Financial partner: payment and trade-finance solutions in exchange for access to African cross-border commerce.
- Development partner: startup support, infrastructure or programs in exchange for participation in an emerging African trade platform.
We are not looking for one type of partner. We are building an ecosystem.
